YRRABKRAM LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Chunkadoo. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to contact us about privacy matters.

Information you provide directly:

• Full name and email address (used for account creation and authentication)
• Password (encrypted via Firebase Authentication; we never store or see raw passwords)
• Tasks, notes, and content you create within the app
• Any feedback, messages, or support requests you send us

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: how often you access the app, which features you use, session duration
• Device information: device model, operating system, unique identifiers
• Diagnostic data: app crashes, performance errors, and logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• IP address and basic geolocation data

AI-generated data: When you use the Brain Dump feature, your input is temporarily sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing. We do not permanently store this raw input—only the task suggestions you choose to save are retained.

Payment information: Billing is processed through Apple’s App Store or Stripe (depending on platform). We do not directly store credit card data; payment processors handle this securely.

We use the information collected for:

• Providing, operating, and improving Chunkadoo
• Authenticating your account and sending password resets
• Generating AI task suggestions (Brain Dump feature)
• Diagnosing bugs and improving app stability and performance
• Processing purchases and managing subscriptions
• Communicating with you about account changes, service updates, or legal matters
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not: Sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

We share data with the following trusted third parties only to operate the service:

• Google Firebase: Infrastructure, authentication, database, and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude API): Brain Dump prompts are sent for AI processing. See Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. See their respective privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights or safety.

Where your data is stored: Data is stored in Google Firebase infrastructure located in the United States. By using Chunkadoo, you consent to this storage.

Security measures: We use industry-standard security practices, including:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage at rest
• Secure authentication via Firebase
• Regular security assessments

Data retention: We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and all tasks are permanently deleted within 30 days. Crash logs and usage analytics may be retained longer but are anonymized.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data (by signing into your account)
• Delete your account and associated data (via Account → Delete account)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format (email hello@chunkadoo.com)
• Correct inaccurate information
• Opt out of certain data collection or processing

Chunkadoo is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Users aged 13–18 may use Chunkadoo with parental consent where required by applicable law.

If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using Chunkadoo, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally.

Chunkadoo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate sessions and store preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit functionality. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Chunkadoo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
