Terms of Service

By accessing or using Chunkadoo, operated by YRRABKRAM LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Chunkadoo independently. Users under 18 may use the service only with express parental or legal guardian consent where required by law.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information
• Your use of Chunkadoo is lawful and does not violate applicable law

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, YRRABKRAM LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Chunkadoo for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not permit you to: commercialize the service, redistribute it, or create derivative works from it.

You agree not to:

• Use Chunkadoo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the functionality or security of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or trade secrets
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data without authorization
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or abusive messages
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service excessively
• Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights of others

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to any content you create or upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to Chunkadoo, you grant YRRABKRAM LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and operate the service.

Chunkadoo IP: All software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials related to Chunkadoo are owned by or licensed to YRRABKRAM LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use Chunkadoo’s name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Chunkadoo uses AI (including third-party APIs like Anthropic’s Claude) to provide task suggestions and recommendations.

You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your situation
• Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and not professional advice
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any output
• Chunkadoo does not provide legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice

You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated content.

Paid Features: Some features require paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide current, accurate, and complete billing information
• Pay all fees and charges incurred
• Authorize recurring charges at the specified rate and frequency
• Update payment information if it expires or changes

Renewals and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions or at the next renewal.

Chunkadoo may integrate third-party services (Firebase, Anthropic, Apple App Store, Stripe) for authentication, AI processing, payments, and analytics. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies
• YRRABKRAM LLC is not responsible for third-party conduct or content
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk

Chunkadoo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

YRRABKRAM LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
• That outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your needs
• That defects will be corrected or that the service meets your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• YRRABKRAM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption
• Even if advised of the possibility of such damages

Total liability cap: Your total liability and our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Chunkadoo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this clause may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YRRABKRAM LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of Chunkadoo in an unlawful or unauthorized manner
• Your User Content or violation of others’ rights
• Your interaction with third-party services

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law
• Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• You repeatedly violate our policies
• We are required to do so by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use Chunkadoo ceases immediately. You remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

Before initiating litigation, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, held in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, unless otherwise required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. All other provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YRRABKRAM LLC regarding Chunkadoo and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, or understandings.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be provided at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Chunkadoo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
